Know Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77abs ("77abs", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all products, services, and features available at https://77abs.io, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and all other gaming products offered from time to time.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 77abs platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 77abs Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any 77abs services. 77abs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

To register and maintain a 77abs account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77abs enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request documentary proof of age at registration or at any subsequent point. Accounts that cannot satisfy the age requirement will be closed and any funds held will be returned to the originating payment method after identity verification.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations on behalf of a third party, by a legal entity, or by any automated system are prohibited.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed 77abs account. Each individual is entitled to one account only.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 77abs, or an immediate family member of any such person, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

77abs reserves the right to conduct eligibility verification at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or where the information provided at registration is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

To access 77abs services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.1 Registration Information

You will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a current Bangladesh mobile number (used for SMS OTP authentication), and a preferred payment method registered in your own name. All details must belong to you personally — 77abs does not permit the use of third-party payment accounts.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

77abs may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any stage. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will result in your account being restricted until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any third party. You agree to notify 77abs immediately via live chat if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 77abs will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active 77abs account. If 77abs identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds or winnings within those accounts may be forfeited. The player will be given the opportunity to provide an explanation before any forfeiture is finalised.

All financial transactions on the 77abs platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77abs supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other partner institutions.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits credited to your 77abs wallet are typically available for wagering within sixty seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
• 77abs does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for fully verified accounts is one to six hours on working days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• 77abs reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or where unusual account activity has been noted.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All transactions are conducted in BDT. 77abs does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are outside the control of 77abs and are your sole responsibility.

77abs offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

• All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions stated in the promotion terms published alongside each offer.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per payment account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 77abs reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse, technical error, or misrepresentation is suspected.
• Bonus offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated. In the event of conflicting promotion terms, the most recently published version will apply.
• Players who request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus will have that bonus and associated winnings removed from their account prior to withdrawal processing.

77abs sports betting covers cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football (Bangladesh Premier League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers), kabaddi, and other sports markets published on the platform.

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets are final once confirmed through the platform interface. You are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. 77abs does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances of a clearly documented technical error on the platform's part.

6.2 Odds and Market Suspension

Odds displayed on the 77abs platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play markets may be suspended at any time due to match events (wickets, goals, timeouts, video review decisions) or technical requirements. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake refunded in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is closed in error; an obvious pricing error has occurred; or any other circumstance that 77abs reasonably determines renders settlement of the bet unfair or impractical.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 77abs reserves the right to apply individual player stake limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77abs platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or pricing inefficiencies in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in live casino, poker, or any other multi-player game environment.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's software, systems, or data.
• Using the platform while in a self-excluded state or while your account is under any restriction imposed by 77abs.
• Charging back or disputing valid transactions processed by 77abs through your payment provider.

77abs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including minimum age.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct described in Section 8.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited pending investigation. Where closure is for any other reason (including player request or inactivity), the balance minus any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the registered payment method following identity verification. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77abs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit, even if 77abs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77abs's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

77abs does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 77abs is not liable for any losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider outages that are beyond its reasonable control.

77abs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://77abs.io/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 77abs internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority. 77abs operates an internal dispute resolution process — players are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance before pursuing any formal legal remedy. 77abs will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen working days of receipt.
